At TechBridge, mentorship is the foundation of success. Each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides personal guidance, professional advice, and ongoing support throughout the reentry and career journey. Our mentors help participants build confidence, set goals, and stay on track toward meaningful employment and long-term stability.
